Q. I love your products, but I can’t find it at the stores I shop at.

A. If there is a shelf tag, store may only be out of stock for a few days. If there is not shelf tag that you can see, ask the store manager or ask the pharmacist to order it from his “Red Book” It should only take 2-3 days and there would likely not be any extra charge.

Q. I have a metal partial with hardened plaque and calculus, but Stain Away Plus is recommended only for full denture. What can I use?

A. Since tablet may not work for you, you can use Stain Away Plus to remove hard calculus, but soak for only 30 minutes or so to remove the accumulations. For overnight soaking or regular daily cleansing, use Kleenite.
